Ingredients: Himalayan pink salt, organic coconut oil, distilled water, lye, organic extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil, organic shea butter, sweet almond oil, activated charcoal, rose kaolin clay, essential oils (Pink - ylang-ylang, sweet orange, rosemary, frankincense and cedarwood. Blue - Abalone and Sea Fragrance Oil and Dancing Waters Fragrance Oil and indigo powder).
Benefits: Salt bars are known as spa bars because they recreate a salt body scrub in the privacy of your own home. Salt scrubs exfoliate and detoxify the skin. They help remove dead skin cells, unclog pores, and improve skin texture. This leads to a smoother, brighter, and healthier complexion. Additionally, salt scrubs enhance circulation and promote new skin cell regeneration. By removing dead skin cells and debris, salt scrubs help unclog pores, reducing the risk of breakouts and ingrown hairs.
Use salt scrubs no more than 2-3 times a week to avoid over-exfoliation which can lead to dryness and irritation.
Be mindful of sun exposure after using a salt scrub as the exfoliated skin may be more sensitive to the sun.
How to use a salt scrub:
Start with rinsing your skin with warm water to soften the skin and prepare it for exfoliation.
Apply the salt scrub to wet skin and gently massage in circular motions.
Rinse the scrub off with warm water and pat your skin dry.
Apply moisturizer while your skin is still damp to help lock in moisture
